Woman allegedly raped twice, complaint filed

SHILLONG: A woman was allegedly raped on two occasions in a remote village in West Garo Hills. According to a complaint filed by the victim, one Kithin D Shira had allegedly raped her on November 17, 2015 and again on November 20, 2015 at Maguapara village in West Garo Hills district.
