SHILLONG: North Garo Hills Police has arrested one person for firing at his wife, father-in-law and others with an SBBL gun. Police said that the incident happened on April 4 when one Piora G. Momin fired at his wife and her family members in their residence at Damas Songma (NGH).
However, no casualty was reported. Police said that case under attempt to murder and Arms act has been registered against the accused.
