NONGSTOIN: The Hynniewtrep Youth Council (HYC) on Tuesday organized a public meeting against the proposal of the State Government to implement the MUDA Building Bye Laws in Nongstoin.
During the meeting held at Nongstoin market, local MLA, D Jyndiang, in the presence of HYC leaders, village elders and the general public, strongly opposed the move to implement the building laws in the area citing that it was “against the sentiments of the public.”
