SHILLONG: The Joint Action Committee War Jaintia &Riwar Mihngi has expressed concern over the absence of a chowkidar at the PHC Dawki.
“The absence of a Chowkidar has caused hardships for the people there, the organization said while adding that though the chowkidar was appointed and supposed to start his duty on April 6, he is yet to turn up.
The organization has appealed to the authorities concerned to look into the matter.
