NONGSTOIN: West Khasi Hills police on Tuesday morning conducted a counter insurgency operation at Nengchigen under Shallang PS and arrested one GNLA cadre named Bishal R Marak alias Jaspa.
From his possession police recovered three mobile phones, four SIM & one pocket diary.
Bishal confessed that he belonged to the group of Jimmy, a GNLA leader who was concentratng in West Khasi Hills region.
