SHILLONG: Major General RGR Tiwari has assumed command of NCC Directorate, North Eastern Region. An alumnus of the Indian Military Academy, Dehra-dun and the prestigious Defence Services Staff College, Wellington, Maj Tiwari was Commander Tactical Wing at the School of Artillery, Deolali prior to his present assignment.
