BSF apprehends Bangladeshi miscreant

SHILLONG: The BSF troops deployed at Gumaghat under South West Khasi Hills District apprehended one Bangladeshi national namely Saidul Islam (23) from Lourigarh village, Sunamganj, Bangladesh with two country-made wooden boats on Sunday.
Islam had illegally entered into the Indian Territory.  According to BSF, the area is known for notorious activities of Bangladeshi miscreants whose several attempts to steal stone boulders from the Indian territory have always been foiled by BSF troops.
Apprehended persons along with seized items were handed over to concerned department for further legal action.
