SHILLONG: One person has allegedly been cheated of over Rs.6 lakh in a coal deal,Kristopher Nongbak lodged a complaint that one Nurul Islam (26) of Malibari, Assam, cheated him of Rs. 6,40,400 in a coal deal between February 3, 2016 and April 9, 2016 and later fled without payment.
