Four including cop dead in road mishaps in State

SHILLONG: Four persons including a police Sub Inspector were killed in three separate road accidents in the last one week.
On May 10 morning, SI Leoman Kharmawphlang of West Garo Hills, DEF attached to South West Garo Hills, DEF, was riding on a motorcycle (ML-02-3114) when he met with an accident at Jolgoan RCC bridge  in South West Garo Hills.
He died on the spot.
In another incident on May 15 around 10.30 PM, one motorcycle (KA-03EA-1793) ridden by Barman Rapsang (25) dashed against a stationary truck (ML-05G-3909) at Mawkriah, Mawngap.
The rider and a pillion rider Donborlang Ryndem (26) died on the spot while another pillion rider sustained injuries and was removed to NEIGRIHMS, Shillong.
On May 15 around 1 pm, one truck (number not known) fatally knocked down a boy at Nongnah village in South West Khasi Hills.
