SHILLONG: Terming connectivity as the biggest problem for Arunachal Pradesh, Governor JP Rajkhowa urged the North Eastern Council to take steps to improve the sector.
Rajkhowa was addressing the gathering at the 65th Plenary Session of the NEC here on Friday.
The Arunachal Governor urged the NEC to focus on connectivity, communication facilities, environment, defence and border area development in the state.
He also called for special focus on agriculture and horticulture sectors of the state.
