SHILLONG:  An official with the DMR check gate, Umkiam in East Jainita Hills has allegedly threatened three persons for lodging complains against him for collecting money from the check gate.
According to police, Marshal Biam,  Ency Shadap and Julius Nongtdu jointly lodged a complaint on Saturday that after filing FIR on June 2          against Ambrose Pala, who is the Inspector, DMR for collecting money at DMR Check Gate, at Umkiang. Pala and his staff threatened the complainants with dire consequences.
Earlier, Ambrose Pala, DMR check gate had file an FIR against the trio for demanding money from him.
