Woman raped
A woman lodged a complaint that on June 25, one Debarless Marngar raped her at Domkohsam village in West Khasi Hills and also threatened her with dire consequences.
Fake mark sheet
Mathius Ch Momin lodged a complaint that on June 16, one Greaterson Ch Marak handed over one fake SSLC Mark sheet to one Chubanirani R Marak at Bollonggre village in West Garo Hills.
Attempted robbery
On June 30 between 2 am and 4 am, unknown miscreants broke into Meghalaya Rural Bank at Mylliem (EKH) and attempted to open the safe. Matter is under enquiry.
Assault
Sistina Lamare of Pasyih village (WJH) lodged a complaint that on June 29 around 8.30 am, one Lamare assaulted her son causing injuries to him.
Abduction
Norin Rabon lodged a complaint that on June 26 around 8.30 pm, unidentified miscreants abducted her brother viz., Romi Rabon (33) while he was on his way to home at Thangrain village (EJH).
Driver missing
Naresh Kumar lodged a complaint at Byrnihat OP (RB) that on June 23, his truck (RJ-05GA-7076) driven by Manoj Kumar (37) left M/s CMJ Breweries Pvt. Ltd., Rajabagan, Byrnihat (RB) for Aizawl, Mizoram.
On June 27, the truck was found abandoned at Assam-Manipur border under Lakhipur PS, Assam and whereabouts of the driver is not known. Matter is under enquiry.
