SHILLONG: A fourteen year old girl was allegedly raped by one person in a village in East Khasi Hills last year.
As par a complaint lodged recently, one Stogen Lyngrah (24) allegedly raped the minor girl at Kshaid Khadar Shnong village in East Khasi Hills on December 31, 2015 around 9 AM.
On March 3, 2016, Linda Mary Lyngdoh, wife of the accused, allegedly came to the victim’s house and cut off her hairs.
Police said they have registered a case and were investigating the matter.
