SHILLONG: A woman from Tura lodged a complaint that on August 28, one Hira Marak went to her house at Chitoktak, Tura (WGH) and forcibly took her 14-year-old daughter to Garobadha where she was repeatedly raped by one Ram. On September 3, police traced the girl and handed her over to the complainant.
