National Award for Army Public School teacher

SHILLONG: In recognition of her constant endeavour and contribution in the field of education, Anita Panda, one of the veteran teachers of Army Public School Shillong was conferred the prestigious National Award for Teachers for the year 2015 by President Pranab Mukherjee in a special function held at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi on the occasion of Teacher’s Day on Monday. The award carries a certificate of merit, a cash award of Rs 50,000/ and a silver medal.
