Open Defecation Free certificate awarded

Nongpoh:A special function was organized by Nongsder village on Friday,  where Kum. D. Phawa, Additional Deputy Commissioner of Ri Bhoi District handed over the Open Defecation Free certificate to the headman of Nongsder village, W. Shangpliang.  It may be mentioned that Nongsder village was declared Open Defecation Free earlier at a function on July 8
