SHILLONG: A special cover of Rio 2016 Paralympics was released by the Chief Post Master General (CPMG), Vasumitra on Friday to mark the achievements of differently-abled Paralympics Champions.
Speaking on the occasion, Bramma said, “It is to celebrate the victory of the differently abled people over their struggles and to showcase their talent to the country and the world.”
Students from Dwar Jingkyrmen and Mary Rice Center for Special Education accompanied by their teachers, other officials of the Postal Department were present on the occasion.
