Book of local jokes released

SHILLONG: Ki Biria Dei Por, a book of local jokes, was released here on Thursday.
Aibok S Nongbri, the author of the book, said his friends and well-wishers encouraged him to pen down the jokes and that he plans to print around 10,000 copies of the book. He started to compile the book from 2014.
The book was released by the Assistant Executive Engineer at PWD (Roads) G Langstang.
Nongbri, who was born and brought up in Mawlai Mawdatbaki  said people of Mawlai Mawdakbaki are fond of telling jokes.
