SHILLONG: A jilted lover uploaded objectionable photographs of his former girlfriend on social media after she wanted to break up with him.
Bindaskhem Nongkynrih (aka Noit) from Madan Lyngdoh, Raid Nongkynrih, East Khasi Hills uploaded the pictures on September 3 on Facebook. In this connection, the mother of the victim has filed an FIR on September 27.
The mother stated that her daughter, a class XII student, was upset at the constant threat made by the boy which compelled her to break up with him. Before posting the pictures, Nongkynrih had allegedly snatched the sim card of the girl. He was subsequently arrested and remanded under judicial custody.
