BSF jawan shoots self

SHILLONG: A BSF jawan died on the spot after allegedly shooting himself with his service weapon on Monday.
Police said the incident happened at around 9.50 am,  when BSF Constable Bhagora Dharmendra Kumar (35) allegedly shot himself with his service weapon while on sentry duty at 119 BSF HQ, Mawpat, Shillong. He died on the spot.
The cadaver has been taken to Shillong civil hospital for post-mortem.
