Demand for restoration of Wahkaji PHC

SHILLONG: A delegation of the KSU’s South West Khasi Hills unit met Health Minister Roshan Warjri on Monday to urge her to expedite the restoration process of the PHC at Wahkaji.
Speaking to reporters after, KSU SWKH general secretary Truly Well Lyngdoh said, “Though the construction of the PHC was completed years ago, the restoration work has been slow. We met the minister to remind her to get the approval of the department to expedite the restoration process.”
They informed that the minister has assured to examine the matter.
