SHILLONG: It may have been over a month since AL Hek was dropped from the state cabinet but the official website of the Department of Health and Family Welfare still shows him as the Health and Family Welfare Minister. It may be mentioned that Hek was replaced by Roshan Warjri as the Health and Family Welfare Minister in August.
