The court of L Kharshiing, Judicial Magistrate First Class, Shillong, vide an order dated October 6 convicted Kuphoi James Lhauvum under the 184/187 Motor Vehicle Act and a fine of Rs. 1500 was imposed on him for dangerous driving.
