SHILLONG: The lawyer of Tennydard Marak, who has been accused of having links with the proscribed GNLA, said that a written statement before consideration of charge was filed before the lower court to recall the court’s order on arrest warrant against Marak.
Though the court had initially issued a non-bailable warrant of arrest against Marak on Monday, the court later allowed the lawyer to file an application to dispense with personal appearance of  Marak and subsequently, the order on arrest warrant was recalled.
