JOWAI: Jowai police on Wednesday arrested one Chamly Laloo (30) of Dulong, Jowai and seized 790 grams of dried grass suspected to be cannabis in addition to a large quantity of IMFL which he was selling illegally.
The bootlegger was first apprehended by the general secretary of Dulong locality and later handed over to police.
