SHILLONG: The High Court of Meghalaya has issued notices to the Deputy Commissioner, and the Superintendent of Police, East Khasi Hills, to prepare the detailed report about the present status of the hawkers using footpaths and roads for selling their goods. The order was following the hearing on a related case on Friday.The Court also asked them to be present on November 8 which was fixed for hearing.
