SHILLONG: As many as three juveniles escaped from the Observation Home for Boys at Cleve Colony area here on Thursday. The incident took place at about 10.30 am when the juveniles– a 17-year-old and two 15-year-olds– escaped from the Observation Home for Boys in the city.
