LAEF collaborator surrenders

TURA: A former over ground worker of the LAEF outfit, Greathwil A Sangma surrendred before North Garo Hills police on Thursday.
Greatwil Sangma (35), a resident of Damas Chilpara, had relocated to Dimapur in Nagaland in June 2015 after his name surfaced in police circles over links with the rebel group. He was once close to LAEF commander-in-chief Augustine who later got killed in a police encounter in East Garo Hills sometime in May, this year.
He shifted base to Guwahati this year before returning to Garo Hills to give himself up to the authorities.
