Accident in Ri Bhoi

SHILLONG: A person died in a road accident at Umroi Madan in ri Bhoi district. Police said the incident occurred on Sunday evening around 7 pm when a Maruti car, driven by Jini Lyngdoh, and a taxi, driven by Evanesar Matong, collided. Both the drivers sustained injuries. On Monday morning, Jini Lyngdoh succumbed to his injuries.
