SHILLONG: A woman of Umlaper village lodged a complaint that on November 15, her 15-year-old daughter, who was supposed to go to Hailakandi, Assam was found missing. Later, it transpired that the girl has been abducted by a man identified as Neelu Das of Kalain, Assam.
