SHILLONG: The CSWO is crying foul over the way the KHADC conducted the recruitment of magistrates. The CSWO noted that it took over a year for the results of the interview to be declared and to add to it the marks for personal interview is significantly higher than that for the written test. As per RTI findings the examination was held on August 21, 2015 while results were declared on October 6, 2016. Further, the marks for written test was 200, while that for the interview was 500.
According to the CSWO, such marking encourages nepotism.
