SHILLONG: Pawan Bawri was honoured with the “Indira Gandhi Sadbhavana Award” and also the “Vijay Rattan Award” along with a Gold Medal for “outstanding achievements” in the North East. The awards were presented by Bhishma Narain Singh, ex-governor of Meghalaya and GVG Krishnamurthy, former election commissioner of India in presence of other dignitaries on December 21 in Delhi.
