MLP win thriller in Super Division match

SHILLONG: MLP won by one run against Langsning CC in the Shillong Cricket League Super Division match played at the cricket ground, Polo on Monday. Electing to bat first MLP scored 137 runs losing all their wickets in 34.5 overs where Wanlambok Nongkhlaw and Ranjeet Roy contributed with 22 runs each. Surya Rai picked five wickets for 39 runs in eight overs for Langsning. In reply, Langsning were all-out for 136 runs in 38 overs. Silvester Mylliempdah scored 31 runs off 43 balls, while MLP’s Wanlambok Nongkhlaw took three wickets.
