CSWO condemns Bengaluru incident

SHILLONG: The CSWO has condemned molestations and attacks on women, on New Year’s Eve in Bengaluru. CSWO president Agnes Kharshiing said that there should be a law to penalise those who simply watch and fail to help the victims during such assault, molestation cases.
