Case after kitten thrown from 3rd floor

SHILLONG: The city police have registered a case after a kitten was allegedly thrown from the third floor of the BSNL quarters in IGP late on Saturday night. Police said the carcass of the kitten has been sent to the Veterinary Hospital for postmortem. They also assured that action will be taken once the report comes and that they will stringently look into the case. An FIR in this case has already been filed.
