2 die as truck collides with motorcylcle

SHILLONG: Two died on the spot while one person sustained injuries in a road accident at 5th Mile, Upper Shillong. The accident took place on January 10 evening between one truck (AS-01BC-8273) driven by Ronnie Tangsang (20) and one motorcycle (AS-01Y-4258) ridden by Benedict Mylliem (29) at 5th Mile, Upper Shillong.Two pillion riders Donboklang Shynrep (32) and Joshua Kurbah died on the spot, while the motorcyclist sustained injuries. Necessary formalities were observed and matter is under enquiry.
