Road safety event held

NONGPOH: The Ri Bhoi police on Thursday organised a programme as part of the 28th Road Safety Week at the auditorium of Nongpoh police station. An interactive session was held to create awareness among local drivers. Deputy Superintendent of Police (Traffic) D. Khyriem informed the drivers about traffic rules and asked them to drive safely. The drivers and the police personnel also took part in a rally that started from Nongpoh police station.
