Khandu allocates portfolios to three new ministers

Itanagar: Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu has allotted portfolios to newly inducted three cabinet ministers. The new minister were sworn in on January 15. Bamang Felix has been allocated the portfolio of PHED, while Alo Libang has been given the Department of Panchayati Raj and Rural Development. Dr Mahesh Chai has been given the Veterinary, Animal Husbandry and Dairy Development Department. He would also look after Art and Culture Department as Minister In-charge, an official release said on Tuesday. Tamiyo Taga would hold the charge of Power (Electrical) in addition to his already allotted portfolios of Industries, Textiles and Handicrafts. The Department of Cooperation held earlier by Taga, would now be looked after by the Chief Minister himself, the release added. (PTI)
