SHILLONG: Richard Oneal Baruah of DHS, Meghalaya lodged a complaint that unknown miscreants have forged his signature with regard to Supply Order dated 17.6.2016 in the name of M/s Hari Om Electronics, FF3 Manibhadra Complex, Sahibaugh, Ahmedabad.
