BJP youth wing for judicial probe into guv case

SHILLONG: The Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) has claimed that the alleged molestation charge against former governor V. Shanmuganathan was politically motivated and demanded independent judicial inquiry into the case. In a statement to the press, BJYM president Eugenstar Kurkalang contended that the turn of events at Raj Bhavan is vague to the public. “Till now, the public are unclear whether this is true or just a game plan of somebody who is in power by using the officer for political interest,” he said.Kurkalang criticised the State Government for keeping mum on the issue and demanded that the truth be made known.
