JOWAI: A 64 years old man died in a freak accident on Saturday at Mynskiah village under Laskein Block in West Jaintia Hills.
Sources informed Moi Chullet (65) went to cut a tree in the forest and suddenly the tree felt down and hit him on his head. His relative rushed him to Jowai Civil Hospital but succumbed to his injury before reaching the hospital.
