HNYF donates CIG sheets to fire victims

Nongpoh: The Hynniewtrep National Youth Front (HNYF), Northern Region donated CIG sheets to the fire victims of Umtyrnga village under Pilingkata Police Station in Ri Bhoi District on February 22.
The three victims, Dren Mawiong, Romel Kharthangmaw and Rini Kurbah suffered property loss in the fire.
On finding about the incident, HNYF rushed to the village, carried out an inspection of the damage and also donated CIG sheets to the victims.
HNYF Northern Region president, Marcus Marten urged the local representative of Jirang Constituency and the Administration of Ri Bhoi district to immediately allot the relief fund to the victims as the fire had not only damaged their houses, but all their properties were also reduced to ashes.
