BSF seizes cattle

SHILLONG: The BSF arrested two cattle carriers and seized more than 60 cattle.
Other items seized include, contraband worth over Rs 49 lakh in the past one week.
BSF troops deployed in Dambukaphal, South Garo Hills district apprehended two persons and 20 cattle in Tuklakbari under PS Rongra. The miscreants were identified as Sulman Ali (26) and Jahirul Islam (30).
BSF troops deployed at Muktapur, West Jaintia Hills district and Fokachindi, Baldamgiri, South West Garo Hills seized 40 cattle worth more than Rs 4 lakh.
