Theft
Gautam Choudhary lodged a complaint that on March 11 between 11 am and 2 pm, unknown miscreant(s) broke into his house at Warima (EGH) and stole about Rs 3 lakh cash.
Fredrosem C Marak lodged a complaint that on March 9, he found that two laptops were missing from his residence at Sepoy Colony, Akonggre, Tura (WGH).
Missing
One mentally unstable person, Joshua Swer (25) was reported missing from his residence at SMB Quarters, Bishop Cotton Road since March 10.
Accident
On March 4 around 10 pm, Skybor Nongrum (20) fell down from a running truck (ML-04A-1436) driven by Libanru Kharsohnoh (29) at Mawkynrew (EKH). As a result, he sustained grievous injuries and was shifted to Woodland Hospital, Shillong.
On March 12 around 10 am, one vehicle (number not known) knocked down two pedestrians at 5th Mile. The victims, Edward Marbaniang (23) and Lamborlang Shabong (20) were shifted to CH Shillong.
On March 12 at about 4.35 pm, one Maruti Alto (ML-05M-6469) driven by S. Kongka War (40) knocked down one pedestrian, Barilin Umdor (47) at Polo, Shillong. As a result, the victim sustained injuries and was admitted at CH Shillong.
