SHILLONG: A 23-year-old man was arrested for assaulting his brother on March 8. Sony Hopeland Khongjee assaulted Maystarford Khongjee at Mawlai Iewrynghep in the city on the night of March 8.
On the same day, one Pinkinton Khongsit assaulted and threatened his wife at Pynter village in East Khasi Hills. No arrest was made.
