SHILLONG: Millik Jan lodged a complaint that on March12, her 16-year-old daughter went missing from her residence at 4th Furlong, Polo. The complainant suspected that her daughter has been abducted by Md. Rakil Ali of Gumir, Barpeta, Assam.
