SHILLONG: The budget session of the Assembly was prorogued on Friday. The session which began on March 3, saw the presentation and passing of the full budget for 2017-18 and also witnessed debate on various issues including crime against women, uranium mining and border dispute among others.Several members of the ruling took part in the last budget session of the MUA-II government.
