GSU demands EGH Sport officer dismissal

SHILLONG: The Garo Students’ Union organised a picketing programme in different Government offices in East Garo Hills, demanding the removal of District Sport Officer (DSO).The NGO alleged DSO Jijiline N Sangma of being disrespectful towards people.
They have also issued one week deadline to the State Government to remove the officer failing which, the NGO will resort to indefinite night road blockade in the entire district.
