Teachers’ Association demands D.El.Ed result

SHILLONG: The All Meghalaya SSA School Teachers’ Association (AMSSASTA) Central Body has demanded the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) to declare the results, approving the teachers who sat for the D.El.Ed training 2014-15 as pass.
The careless approach of NIOS has affected the teachers who are awaiting results and the Association has demanded that it should rectify.
In this connection, L. Marngar, president of AMSSASTA met the DERT Director on March 28 requested the director to look into the matter seriously and to expedite the declaration of results.On the other hand, the AMSSASTA has constituted another unit AMSSASTA Umden with Phrin Klein as president, B Ryntathiang-vice president beside others.
