Erwin Sutnga named NPP’s North Shillong candidate

SHILLONG: The Movement for Indigenous People’s Rights and Livelihood (MIPRL) vice chairman and advocate, Erwin Sutnga will contest the upcoming Assembly election in the State on an NPP ticket from North Shillong constituency.
The decision to put up Sutnga as the candidate was taken after the formation of the organising committee of the NPP’s North Shillong Constituency on Monday.
The meeting of the newly formed organising committee also resolved to form the ad hoc organising committee of the NPP for the constituency with a host of party officials including Shaiphar Rani as members.
